Garrick Outdoor have been manufacturing and installing covered walkways for many years. We have supplied numerous schools, hospitals, MOD sites and airports with our bespoke structures. All of our walkways are installed by our own qualified engineers. There are many uses for a walkway be it to give protection from the sun and rain, to connect buildings together or to direct pedestrian traffic. We manufacture all walkways ourselves in our own factory. Our own in house design team are able to provide 3Dconcept drawings and footprints to help you to visualize your proposed walkway.All walkways are manudactured from high grade aluminium and powder coated to a Ral colour of your choice. All walkways are manufactured to the customers requirements and installed by ourselves although we are able to supply a walkway in modular form for export. Numerous Glazing options include toughened safety glass and vandal proof polycarbonate. Various roof styles including flat, pitched and elliptical can be incorporated. Using the latest in electrical and computerised technology we are also able to install access control systems via our sister company Garrick Mechanical & Electrical Ltd. All engineers are NICEIC approved. Our company is CHAS registered as well as being certified ISO9001 and all employees are CRB checked. Our covered walkways come with the option of rainwater goods.
Our walkways are installed by means of 'digging in' to the ground. Uneven and sloping sites can be accommodated. As part of our service we offer a free, no obligation site survey whereby our surveyor can check your proposed walkway site for suitability, discuss your requirements and propose a walkway that best suits your requirements and budget.We have a large library of pictures of previously installed walkways, please contact our sales office if you would like further details. We install throughout the UK and are able to provide walkways for export also.Our covered walkways are becoming increasingly popular for use within the transport sector as passenger comfort takes presidence. We are able to work airside. Our customers include many Councils, BAe, Glaxo Smithkline, Tesco, MOD and other Government departments and export to the Armed Forces.
